Finite-level systems, Hermitian operators, isometries, and a novel parameterization of Stiefel and Grassmann manifolds

In this paper we obtain a description of the Hermitian operators acting on the Hilbert space \C^n, description which gives a complete solution to the over parameterization problem. More precisely we provide an explicit parameterization of arbitrary $n$-dimensional operators, operators that may be considered either as Hamiltonians, or density matrices for finite-level quantum systems. It is shown that the spectral multiplicities are encoded in a flag unitary matrix obtained as an ordered product of special unitary matrices, each one generated by a complex $n-k$-dimensional unit vector, $k=0,1,...,n-2$. As a byproduct, an alternative and simple parameterization of Stiefel and Grassmann manifolds is obtained.Comment: 21 page

Pengaruh Penggunaan Parasetamol Selama Kehamilan terhadap Preeklampsia

Preeclampsia is one of the causes of maternal death. The important factor of preeclampsia's pathophysiology is reduction of PGI2 as vasodilator. It causes vasoconstriction which influences the formation of desidua. Paracetamol is the most widely used antipyretic in the world. Mechanism of action of paracetamol may lead to preeclampsia. The aim of this research was to determine the relation between paracetamol used during pregnancy and preeclampsia in RS X Yogyakarta. The research was an analytical epidemiology with case control study design. Data were obtained from medical record and interview. Sample size was 137 maternal patients in October-December 2013 and 72 maternal have been followed up. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square tests, and logistic regression. Preeclampsia patients were taking paracetamol during pregnancy (71.8%), aged 30-40 years (84.6%), and had preeclampsia family history (28.2) than non preeclampsia patient. Chi-square test showed the relation between paracetamol used (p=0.010, OR= 3.46 (95%CI= 1.30 – 9.22), dose a day (p=0.010, OR= 3.18 (95%CI= 1.12 – 9.06), duration of paracetamol used (p=0.005, OR= 7.75 (95%CI= 1.60 – 37.53), and used within first trimester (p=0.878, OR= 0.91 (95%CI= 0.26 – 3.12) to preeclampsia. Logistic regression analyses showed no correlation between variables to preeclampsia. Women who used paracetamol during pregnancy had an increased risk of preeclampsia

Analisis Gaya Bahasa Pada Lirik Lagu “Rumpang” Karya Nadin Amizah

Tujuan dari penelitian jurnal ini untuk mengetahui gaya bahasa dan makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu” Rumpang Nadin amizah” . Riset terhadap penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data, yaitu dengan mendengarkan lagu yang akan dianalisis, memahami isi lirik tersebut kemudian, mencari kata-kata yang mengandung majas atau gaya bahasa lalu mendeskripsikan makna dari lagu ini yang tertuju kepada teman, keluarga dan orang terdekat maka dari itu kami menemukan beberapa majas yang ada didalam lirik lagu tersebut, penelitian yang kami dapatkan adalah beberapa majas yaitu Majas Hiperbola, Majas Alegori, Majas Sarkasme, Majas Sindiran, Majas Klimaks

Dinamika Kerja Sama Regional Barlingmascakeb

Salah satu hasil dari otonomi daerah adalah diperkenankannya kerja sama antardaerah, baik dengan daerah lain, pihak ketiga, dan/atau lembaga atau pemerintah daerah di luar negeri. Salah satu bentuk kerja sama regional yang cukup berhasil di Indonesia adalah Kerja Sama Regional Barlingmascakeb. Kerja sama ini diinisiasi oleh lima kabupaten, yakni Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, dan Kebumen.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui fase perkembangan, mengidentifikasi gap/kesenjangan yang ada, dan mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekeurangan model Kerja Sama Regional Barlingmascakeb. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Kerja sama ini mulai dirasa berhasil dilihat dari suksesnya Pasar Lelang sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang paling menonjol. Kemunduran kerja sama disebabkan adanya ketidaksinkronan hukum yang berlaku terkait dengan pelaksanaan dan pembiayaan kerja sama antar daerah. Gap atau kesenjangan yang paling menonjol adalah program kerja yang dilaksanakan terkadang kurang maksimal dan masih banyak trial and error di berbagai hal. Kelebihan dari kerja sama ini adalah adanya unsur budaya Banyumasan dalam diri anggota, sedangkan kekurangan yang paling menonjol terlihat pada ketergantungan pendanaan pada iuran daerah serta payung hukum yang kurang mendukung

The aimed of research this to analyze and examine are: (1) The contribution of attention parents and social environment indirect toward mathematics learning outcomes through learning activities, (2) The contribution of attention parents and social environment direct toward learning activities, (3) The contribution of learning activities on real toward mathematics learning outcomes. The type of the research is quantitative research. The population of the research is all of student seventh grade at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta. The sample of the research a number of 79 student. The technique of collecting data with methods of questionnaire and documentation. The technique of analyzing data by using path analysis. The finding of the research with α = 5 %: (1) There is contribution of attention parents and social environment indirect toward mathematics learning outcomes through learning activities, (2) There is contribution of attention parents and social environment direct toward learning activities, (3) There is contribution of learning activities on real toward mathematics learning outcomes

ANALISIS PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PROFITABILITAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Real Estate dan Properti yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2010-2014)

This research aims to analyze the effect of capital structure (DER), sales growth, and firm size of firm value (PBV) and profitability (ROE) as an intervening variable. The data used in this study were obtained from financial statements of the real estate and property company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This study uses secondary data. The selection of the sample using a purposive sampling tecnique and using 32 companies. The analysis technique used is Path Analyst which is a development of the bivariate and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that capital structure and growth sales have a positive effect and significant to probability, firm size has a negative effect and insignificant to profitability. Probability and capital structure have a positive effect and significant to firm value. Growth Sales and firm size have a negative effect and insignificant to firm value. Profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and growth sales on firm value. But profitability is not able to mediate the effect of firm size on firm value

Korelasi Rasio Lingkar Pinggang Panggul (Rlpp) terhadap Profil Lipid pada Pra-geriatri dan Geriatri

Abnormality of lipid profile is one of cardiovascular risk factors which increases with aging. Anthropometric measurement is one of the predictors of abnormal lipid profile without invasive methods and affordable cost. One of the anthropometric measurements that could be used as a predictor is waist to hip ratio (WHR). The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between WHR with abnormality of lipid profile which were related to total cholesterol, Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), and triglyceride (TG) in pre-geriatrics and geriatrics group. This study was analytical observational with cross sectional design. Statistical analysis used Kolmogorov-Smirnov followed bivariable analysis with confidence interval (CI) 95%. The correlation statistical test used Pearson and Spearman. The results showed no statistically significant correlation between WHR with total cholesterol (r=-0.054, p > 0.05), LDL (r=-0.047, p > 0.05), TG (r=0.018, p > 0.05), and HDL (r=0.016, p > 0.05)

Hubungan Procalsitonin dan Gambaran Morfologi Leukosit pada Infeksi Bakterial

Bacterial sepsis increases morbidity and mortality in all ages. Early detection has been shown to be crucial for the improved outcome of patients with sepsis. Till now there is no routine test forscreening. Procalcitonin and morphology of leukocytes are biomarkers of bacterial sepsis. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between procalcitonin and morphology of leukocytes as marker in bacterial infection. This study was analytical observational with cross sectional design and data collected prospectively.This study measured simultaneously the value of procalcitonin and morphology of leukocytes examination in patients with suspected bacterial infection in hospital X of Yogyakarta. Data were analysed by statistics. The results showed immature granulocytes and vacuolization of neutrophils in the leucocytes morphology has a significant correlation with level of procalcitonin
